CO combo - heat and savings all year round

In most apartments, heated by a central heating system, there will be individual radiators, which may be desirable even outside the normal heating season. An example of this is the radiator in the bathroom, which is additionally equipped with an electric heater. Isn't it nice on a cold April morning to walk into a pre-heated bathroom and wipe yourself with a warm towel? Such things can only be done in a Smart Home from FRITZ!

Radiator equipment

In order for a central heating radiator supplied with hot water from the mains to be operated outside the heating season, it should be retrofitted with an electric heater with a power adapted to its size and heating capacity. Such a heater can be equipped with a separate thermostat as standard, but it is not required, since the control will ultimately be carried out by a smart plug Smart Home.

Smart Home duo in sync

Year-round, completely automatic and customized heating will be provided by the FRITZ smart plug!DECT 200 and FRITZ thermostat!DECT 301 working in tandem. During the heating season, the main role will be played by the CO controller, carrying out its tasks on the basis of a special schedule. Heating of the bathroom, drying of towels and their preparation for use will be taken care of by an electric heater, which is switched on and off at a differently scheduled time in the evenings and mornings.

Convenient control

Naturally, in addition to managing by schedule, heating can also be turned on manually using the appropriate buttons on the terminal, external control buttons (FRITZ!DECT 400 and/or FRITZ!DECT 440, via the router's web configurator, but most conveniently done via the FRITZ app! Smart Home for Android and iOS.
