- Setting the correction value, relative to the indication of the measurement in the thermostat itself.
For this purpose, it is enough to measure the optimum temperature with an ordinary thermometer in a selected area of the room and take into account the difference from the measurement on the thermostat.

Watch out for open windows! High heat loss!
Regardless of the temperature outside, maintaining a healthy atmosphere of freshness in the apartment is essential. It is necessary to open the windows from time to time for this purpose. However, a sudden drop in temperature caused by this can make the heater want to quickly equalize it, consuming excess heat energy. FRITZ!DECT 301 is equipped with an open window detection function that temporarily blocks excessive opening of the valve. This function can also be activated manually using a button on the thermostat.
